By accessing our website at mapcrushlocalseo.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, prospects, and clients of MapCrush Local SEO Experts ("MapCrush," "we," "us," or "our"), a business operating out of Orange County, California.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.
MapCrush provides Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization and local SEO management services exclusively for home service businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:
The specific services delivered to each client are governed by the signed Service Agreement between MapCrush and the client.

All prices are in USD. Prices are subject to change for new clients. Existing clients are grandfathered at their contracted rate for the duration of their term.
Payment is due at the time of signing or at the start of each billing cycle. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer through our secure payment processor (Stripe).
For month-to-month clients, billing recurs automatically on the same day each month. Failed payments may result in a pause or suspension of services until payment is resolved.
All client-initiated cancellations are non-refundable. If MapCrush discontinues service for reasons unrelated to client breach or non-payment, a prorated refund may be considered at MapCrush's discretion. See Section 6 for full details.
All plans — Monthly, Six Month, and Annual — may be cancelled by either party with a minimum of 30 days written notice sent to hello@mapcrushlocal.com.
Monthly Plan: Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. Service continues through the end of the notice period. No refund is issued for the current billing period.
Six Month Plan: Client may cancel with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for amounts already paid when the client initiates cancellation. If MapCrush discontinues service for reasons unrelated to client breach or non-payment, a prorated refund for unused months may be issued at MapCrush's discretion.
Annual Plan: Client may cancel with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for amounts already paid when the client initiates cancellation. If MapCrush discontinues service for reasons unrelated to client breach or non-payment, a prorated refund for unused months may be issued at MapCrush's discretion.
All payments made to MapCrush are non-refundable when the client initiates cancellation. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the client to a refund of amounts already paid.
In the event MapCrush discontinues service for reasons unrelated to client breach or non-payment, MapCrush may — at its sole discretion — issue a prorated refund for any unused portion of the prepaid term. This is not a guarantee of refund but reflects our commitment to operating in good faith.
To cancel, submit written notice to hello@mapcrushlocal.com at least 30 days before your intended cancellation date. Cancellations are not effective until confirmed in writing by MapCrush.
Your Google Business Profile belongs to you. You retain full ownership at all times. MapCrush requests manager-level access only — we will never request or accept ownership of your profile.
Upon cancellation, you may remove MapCrush's manager access at any time through your Google account. All optimizations, posts, photos, and review responses completed during your service period remain on your profile permanently.
Call Tracking Note: MapCrush may assign a tracked phone number to your GBP to measure inbound calls. This number is owned by MapCrush and will be removed upon cancellation of service. Your original business phone number will be restored as the primary number automatically.
Local SEO and Google Business Profile rankings are influenced by many factors outside our control, including Google's algorithm, competitor activity, review volume, and market conditions. While we stand behind our 90-day ranking improvement guarantee (6-month and 12-month plans only, subject to conditions in your Service Agreement), we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.
We commit to delivering the services outlined in your plan consistently and professionally. Results will vary by market, trade, and competition level.
To allow us to deliver results, clients agree to:
MapCrush operates on a one-client-per-trade-per-service-area model. Exclusivity is granted based on your designated service zone and primary keyword focus as defined during onboarding — not on a blanket city, county, or region basis.
For example, a plumber in Riverside, CA targeting a specific set of neighborhoods is exclusive within that defined zone. A different plumber in the same city targeting a distinct specialty (e.g., emergency plumbing vs. whole-house repiping) or a non-overlapping service zone may be onboarded separately, as they are not competing for the same searches in the same area.
Your exclusivity is tied to the service zone and keyword focus documented in your onboarding. MapCrush will not onboard a client who directly competes with you within your agreed territory. Broad geographic claims (e.g., "all of Los Angeles County") do not expand your exclusivity beyond the zone agreed upon at onboarding.
All content on mapcrushlocalseo.com — including text, graphics, logos, and methodology — is the intellectual property of MapCrush Local SEO Experts. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Content created for your GBP (posts, photos, Q&A, descriptions) during your service period is yours to keep upon cancellation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MapCrush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MapCrush in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MapCrush Local SEO Experts, its owner, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or any content you provide to us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For active clients, material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
